As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will support the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations across restaurant, bar, and event services. You will ensure high service standards, maintain operational efficiency, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage operations
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house team members
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing feedback
Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally
Maintain hygiene, health & safety, and food safety standards
Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management
Support scheduling and rota planning
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Must have experience in Food & Beverage services
Must be able to lead a team
High level of communication skills – both written and verbal
Must be computer literate
Friendly, approachable with some form of client experience
Ability to handle complaints in a courteous manner
