Requirements:

Grade 12 Certificate plus a 3-year / National Diploma in Human Resource Management / Public Management / Administration (NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA), plus 3 years’ work experience as a Personnel Officer.
 Experience in the field of Human resource Management (Service Condition) and PERSAL Introduction courses is compulsory. A valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities: 

Capture and process employee benefits; administer remuneration matters (Leave, housing, medical, injury on duty, long service recognition, overtime pension allowances, terminations, PILIR etc.). Manage resources (human, assets / equipment)
