Job Purpose
To assist in providing independent assurance that Boxer’s risk management, governance, and internal control processes are operating effectively and efficiently.
Minimum Requirements
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Auditing
0–1 years’ experience
Strong attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to work under supervision and take accountability
Computer literate (Excel, Word, email)
Willingness to travel
Driver’s licence advantageous
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Assist in conducting head office audits
Assist with store and distribution centre (DC) audits as required
Assist in identifying and reporting risks
Assist in investigations as required
Build and maintain effective internal relationships
Key Duties
Gather and analyse audit evidence
Compile and finalise audit working papers
Assist in preparing audit reports for submission
Participate in audit-related meetings with management
Conduct store/DC visits where required
Communicate with stores regarding audit queries and issues
Assist in documenting risks and controls
Keep abreast of changes in audit practices, controls and regulations
