Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric
Relevant qualification in Accounting / Bookkeeping / Finance will be advantageous
Proven experience as a bookkeeper
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles up to trial balance
Experience with accounting software (Pastel, Sage)
Computer literate with strong MS Excel skills
Must reside in Kimberley
Valid driver’s license and own transport will be beneficial
Duties and Responsibilities:
Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance
Capturing and processing of creditors and debtors
Bank reconciliations
Processing invoices and payments
VAT reconciliations and submissions
Payroll support (if applicable)
Petty cash management
General ledger reconciliations
Assisting with month-end financial reporting
Maintaining accurate financial records and filing
General administrative support to the finance department
