About the Role

We’re hiring a Charter Sales Executive to sell private jet experiences to high-value clients.

This is not a typical sales role.

You’ll be:

Handling inbound charter requests
Building relationships with high-net-worth clients
Closing high-ticket deals in a fast-paced environment
If you’re strong at sales + communication + relationship-building, this role has serious earning and growth potential.

What You’ll Do

Convert qualified inbound leads into booked flights
Build strong client relationships (repeat business is key)
Guide clients through the full booking process
Communicate via:
Phone
Email
Slack
WhatsApp
Maintain CRM records (e.g., Salesforce)
Collaborate with team to ensure 24/7 coverage (rotational)

What We’re Looking For (Flexible)

Experience in sales or client-facing roles
Strong communication and confidence
Ability to build trust with clients quickly
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Willingness to be on-call (rotational schedule)

Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience in:

Luxury sales
High-ticket closing
Exposure to private aviation or travel industry
Familiarity with:
Avinode
Interest in private jets, travel, or high-end experiences
