Minimum Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital modelling within the construction or engineering sector
Experience using industry-standard software (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Civil 3D, or similar)
Exposure to engineering, architectural, or construction project environments
Knowledge and Skills
Strong understanding of digital modelling practices and documentation outputs
Familiarity with BIM standards and digital workflows
Ability to interpret technical drawings and translate them into accurate digital models
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
