Key Account Management and Implementation
Responsible for calling on Coastal provincial depots face to face in a four week cycle. (Eastern Cape, Western Cape and KZN and Private Hospital Groups for penetration of GIB Anti TB and ARV drugs)
Debt collections from provinces.
Stock management and allocations.
Building and leveraging strong relationships with KOL’s in each province (TB and HIV).
Managing GIB products with private hospital groups. Netcare, Life, Mediclinic, Busamed).
Seeking formulary listings for ARV’s and TB products in Private Hospital groups.
Reaching annual sales targets.
Actively seek out new revenue opportunities across existing and new customer base.
Provide market intelligence, analysis of sales/accounts data and other such information to assist the company’s continual improvement efforts.
Regular trade visits and customer engagements may necessitate various forms, presentations as well as formal and informal meetings.
Submit monthly report to management regarding the performance of the three provinces (challenges and achievements).
Operational Requirements
Negotiate and maintenance of formulary listings. Formulary Compliance on GIB products. Corrective measures & action plans.
Responsible for calling on Coastal provincial depots face to face within a four week cycle.
Strictly adhere to budget and expense guidelines.
All queries are followed up and resolved in the shortest possible time within the policy framework.
Methods for improving customer services are proposed, developed and continuously updated.
Ensuring that there is a clear and mapped out plan for each of the three provinces and meet sales targets with effective order shaping and generation.
Must communicate directly with depot heads, provincial heads of health and heads of private hospital groups.
Open and transparent communication and reporting to management.
Requirements
PRE-REQUISITES
Location:
Applicants must reside in the Eastern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, or Western Cape.
Education:
Preferred: Degree or Diploma in Science, Business or Management.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ industry experience in Public Sector Sales.
Provincial depots relationships and accounts management
Relationships with Provincial Heads of Health (DOH, TB and HIV program Heads)
Debt collection from provinces.
