Today the Joint Medical Holdings Group includes a total of seven healthcare facilities operating across the KwaZulu – Natal province.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREA
MEDICAL AID
Process and administer employee medical aid contributions and deductions accurately.
Liaise with medical aid providers regarding member updates, claims queries, and billing discrepancies.
Maintain up-to-date records of employee medical aid memberships and dependents.
Assist employees with medical aid-related queries and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and medical aid scheme requirements.
PAYROLL
Prepare payroll reports for management and finance teams.
Support audits and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Reconcile funeral covers ensuring accuracy between payroll deductions and provider statements.
Manage and process ad hoc payroll duties as required by the Payroll or HR department.
Assist with time and attendance systems, including Kronos Workforce Central, ensuring accurate capturing of hours, leave, and overtime.
Support month-end payroll processes and reporting.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Matric
Payroll Certificate (advantageous).
Sage VIP People 300 knowledge and experience
Good communications skills.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good team-playing skills.
