Key Responsibilities:
Manage, mentor, and support a team of sales representatives
Drive sales performance and achieve branch sales targets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts
Identify and secure new business opportunities
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Conduct sales reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis
Ensure excellent customer service and client retention
Work closely with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales management role (2-5years)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Experience within the stationery or retail industry will be advantageous
Valid driver’s licence
Computer literacy and strong administrative skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Matric required
Degree will be advantageous
