KEY WORK OUTPUTS & ACCOUNTABILITIES

Productivity as per company requirements
Standards of service as per company requirements.
Compliance with the Company Health and Safety policy to safeguard the health of your own employees, as well as the public and the environment in general.
Promotion and enhancement of the Company image in all aspects.
To be technically competent and fully conversant of the complete range of Ambius.
To ensure personal contact with your client base in your branch and ensure that they receive good quality service.
To keep the vehicles under your control, clean and check daily as directed.
To control the use of all equipment issued to you.  
To report loss of equipment by breakage or theft. 
To ensure that equipment is well maintained at all times.
To keep records as instructed by your Manager.

Plant Replacements

To ensure correct documentation completed for plant replacements, 
assess the reason for plant replacement and ensure compliance with prevention of plant replacements.
Assist/Guide plant replacement operations and ensure that replacements arrive at their destination.

Pots and Preps

To assist with requirements of pots required/sold by the business which could include the delivery and collection thereof.
To assist with possible collections of stones, bark, pebbles and plants if required.
To liaise with the sales consultants on installation requirements.

Installations

Assist with installations, prep thereof and ensure that the installations arrive at their destination and installed as per schedule. 
To conduct quality assurance checks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Matric certificate/Grade 12
Horticulture Certificate preferred
People and communication skill
Previous Customer facing experience
Valid unendorsed code 08 or 10 with PDP drivers license (Experienced driver 3 years minimum)
