This is based full-time in our Stellenbosch office.

Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Market Intelligence
Proactively source high-calibre candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, PNet, referrals, and targeted headhunting
Conduct market mapping within renewable energy and sustainability verticals
Build and maintain a high-quality, niche talent pipeline aligned to client mandates
Candidate Management
Conduct structured screening interviews assessing technical capability, commercial acumen, and cultural fit
Present professionally formatted, high-quality candidate profiles to clients
Manage candidate engagement from initial outreach through to successful placement
Client Delivery & Relationship Management
Gain a deep understanding of client mandates, technical requirements, and business objectives
Deliver accurate, timely shortlists aligned to agreed service levels
Provide market insights and maintain long-term, value-driven client relationships
Process, Reporting & Performance
Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Maintain accurate ATS records and structured reporting pipelines
Oversee placement administration and consistently meet or exceed revenue and KPI targets
