About the role:
Mighty Fin is hiring experienced SME finance sales professionals capable of originating and managing relationships with growth-stage small businesses. Candidates must understand SME cashflow behavior, informal market ecosystems, and working capital financing structures.
Key Responsibilities:

Source and onboard SME borrowers
Conduct business assessments and customer visits
Build long-term merchant relationships
Drive SME portfolio growth while maintaining portfolio quality
Support collections follow-up where required

Desired Skills and Experience 

Minimum 2–3 years experience in:
SME lending
Microfinance
Business banking
Merchant acquisition
Asset finance
Existing SME networks within markets, retail clusters, or trade ecosystems preferred
Strong understanding of:
Working capital lending
Merchant finance
Inventory cycles
SME cashflow behavior
Proven experience meeting loan disbursement and portfolio targets

Compensation:
The incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
