About the role:
We are hiring experienced loan sales professionals with proven ability to originate payroll and salary-backed loans within Zambia’s government and formal employment sectors. This role is performance-intensive and suited for candidates who already understand payroll lending cycles, employer onboarding, and institutional relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire payroll and salary-backed loan customers
Conduct institutional activations and employer visits
Drive monthly loan disbursement targets
Support onboarding and verification processes
Maintain strong customer retention and referral pipelines
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in:
Microfinance
Payroll lending
Banking sales
Loan origination
Existing relationships within:
Government institutions
Schools
Hospitals
Formal employers
are a major advantage
Proven monthly disbursement performance history
Strong understanding of payroll-based credit assessment
Experience handling customer onboarding and KYC processes
Compensation:
The incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
