Tracking student progression, deferments, suspensions, and transfers[cite: 7].

Student Data Management: Maintaining accurate student databases[cite: 9].

Graduation and Certification [cite: 10]

Verifying eligibility for graduation[cite: 11].
Issuing certificates, diplomas, and transcripts[cite: 12].

Academic Scheduling [cite: 13]

Coordinating academic calendars[cite: 14].
Managing timetables for classes and examinations[cite: 15].

Quality Assurance & Regulations

Ensuring that the curriculum is accredited with regulatory authorities[cite: 16, 17].
Developing, implementing, and enforcing academic regulations and policies[cite: 18, 19].
Advising students and staff on academic procedures[cite: 20].

Academic Records & Governance

Maintaining transcripts, academic histories, grades, and degree progress[cite: 21, 22, 23].

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Educational Leadership, or related Business field[cite: 33].
2–5 years of progressive experience in registrar functions or academic administration[cite: 34].
Deep understanding of the Higher Education Authority Act and higher  education compliance[cite: 39, 40].
Human Resource qualification is an added advantage[cite: 36].
