Bulawayo’s Natural History Museum of Zimbabwe displays finds from the site.
Job Description
The following positions have arisen within the City of Bulawayo:
JOURNEYMAN PAINTER- GRADE 8 (1 POST)
Duties and Responsibilities
• Paints, maintains and decorates Council buildings.• Defines and mixes paint colours required on site.• Supervises the painting team and manages equipment and tools.• Oversees painting compliance to health and safety standards and policy.• Plans painting works.• Assesses, estimates and orders materials.• Compiles and submits labour, transport and materials use returns.• Identifies, maps trade trends and captures budget data inputs.• A Skilled Worker Class 1 in the Trade of Painting.
Qualifications and Experience
• A Skilled Worker Class 1 in the Trade of Painting • A clean Class 4 Driver’s Licence.• At least 4 years’ experience in similar working environment.
