    Key Responsibilities

    Accurate checking of stock on arrival from suppliers
    Ensure the most efficient and accurate loading and dispatching of products from Warehouse to customer
    Ensure correct documentation accompanies the delivery vehicles, including: Delivery notes, Invoices, etc.
    Inspect stock quality prior to dispatching
    Administer stock movements on SAP and investigate variances
    Assist in cycle counting where needed and investigate variances
    Checking of outbound picked quantities as per load sheet
    Count, sort, and weigh all inbound goods
    Authenticate the receipt according to the delivery note.
    Inspect received goods, note any damages and discrepancies, and report to the Supervisor
    Complete all legal formalities, procedures and paper work for receiving/despatching goods.
    Input received goods into computer system (SAP) and forward complete documentation to accounts payable
    Ensure compliance with relevant procedures and practices; observe and report
    Adhering to Policies and Procedures including Health & Safety standards
    Contribute to the adherence of audit requirements
    Perform other warehouse/distribution related duties as requested by management

    Requirements

    Teamplayer
    Certificate in supply chain, logistics / business management/administration
    Any other related certificates would be an added advantage
    Basic computer skills e.g Microsoft office, SAP etc
    3+ years’ warehouse, distribution & FMCG experience
