    Requirements

    The applicant must possess a BGCSE or equivalent educational background, combined with a supreme level of physical fitness.
    Previous experience working around wet concrete, construction sites, or mechanized underground shotcrete operations is highly preferred, along with a demonstrated ability to endure dirty, wet, and hazardous working conditions.
