Job Summary/Key Responsibilities:
 
 
• Oversee procurement of specialised exploration equipment and consumables.
• Manage international logistics, including imports and customs.
• Establish ERP-based procurement systems in line with Ulsan Holding standards.
• Ensure cost efficiency and timely supply chain management.
 
 
Requirements:
 
 
• Diploma/Degree in Transport & Logistics, Procurement, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years’ experience in international logistics and procurement.
• Strong expertise in ERP (Logo) systems.
• Proven record of cross-border procurement for mining operations.
• Knowledge of Turkish, French, Arabic, English, Portuguese, and Spanish languages and Ulsan Holding corporate culture is mandatory.

Job Summary/Key Responsibilities:
 
 
• Supervise exploration logistics and multidisciplinary field crews across diverse geological terrains.
• Lead and support geologists in sampling, trenching, pitting, and drilling operations in porphyry Cu–Mo, Cu–Au, and epithermal (intermediate & high-sulphidation) systems.
• Ensure strict field safety compliance and manage equipment under challenging conditions.
• Coordinate accurate data collection and implement QA/QC protocols for reliable exploration results.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior field staff to strengthen team capability.
 
 
Requirements:
 
 
• High School Certificate, COSC, BGCSE or equivalent
• Over 15 years of proven hands-on exploration experience with extensive field-based training.
• Proven expertise in supervising exploration field teams in orogenic, Cu-porphyry, Ni-PGE, epithermal, and polymetallic systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of sampling methodologies, field logistics, Core Yard Management, Grade Control and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) practices.
• Effective leadership and coordination skills, with a track record of managing complex international field operations.
