    A minimum of 15 years Heavy Plant Field Service Mechanic on Bell, Liebherr, Manitou, John Deere & CAT Machines
    The ability to do complete engine rebuilds
    An Apprenticeship in Heavy Plant / Diesel Mechanics.
    A minimum of 20 years post Apprenticeship experience in the industry.
    A minimum of 15 years practical Liebherr experience on the complete range of Liebherr Excavators
    A minimum of 15 years Supervisor/ Management experience.
    A clear understanding of the Original Equipment Manufacturers Operation.
    A sound Liebherr air conditioning, technical fault finding/ solving abilities & experience.
    Have sound experience in using Diagnostic Software such as Sculi, Lindiag, Lidos, Cummins Insite SW & Hyper Terminal.
    Leadership qualities which are essential to this position.
    Furthermore, it is very important that the incumbent has the relevant engine rebuilding experience on OM Mercedes Benz, Deutz, ADE, John Deere, Liebherr, Cummins, Scania and Detroit Engines. Experience in Allison Transmissions, ZF Parts, Diagnostic Equipment and Software including Mini Diag, Serdia 2000, Cancom Programmer, Service Advisor and Pro-Link 9000 will be an added advantage.
