Since we opened our doors in June 2015, we have achieved remarkable milestones, including growing our outpatient volume, performing over 16,500 cataract surgeries (30% of which were provided at no cost to the patient), and developed a robust outreach program that offers free eye screening and eye care products like eye drops and eye glasses at a discounted price. We have treated over 175,000 patients with 50% given free eye screening in the outreach camps.
What you will own
Patient acquisition pipeline from lead to visit to procedure
Insurance and corporate account development and growth
Referral network across clinics, optometrists, and GPs
Outreach strategy and field team direction
CRM implementation, pipeline reporting, and conversion improvement
Weekly growth rhythm with cross-functional accountability
What success looks like
Sustained growth in new patient volumes month on month
Measurable increase in insurance and corporate revenue
Improved conversion at every stage: lead to visit, visit to procedure
A functioning, data-driven pipeline that leadership can track in real time
What we are looking for
7 to 12 years in B2B sales, business development, or commercial roles
Healthcare, medical devices, or related sector experience strongly preferred
Proven track record building or scaling revenue pipelines, not just executing within them
Strong CRM discipline and pipeline management capability
Able to operate at strategic and execution level simultaneously
High ownership, accountability, and comfort with performance-linked KPIs
