It was established as an educational arm of GoCare, focusing specifically on offering specialized training programs and courses tailored to the healthcare sector. GTI’s inception stemmed from GoCare’s recognition of the acute shortage of trained healthcare personnel in Kenya. Understanding the significance of well-equipped healthcare professionals in ensuring effective healthcare delivery, GTI was established to bridge this gap by providing high-quality training programs.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, Film Production, Digital Media or any related field.
2-3 years of experience in content creation.
Strong skills in videography, photography, editing, and graphic design.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar design tools.
Ability to create reels, short videos, voice-overs, graphics, and promotional content.
Excellent scriptwriting, caption writing, and storytelling abilities.
Strong understanding of content trends across: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Website & Blog Content.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain brand consistency.
