KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive and guide patients professionally, ensuring accurate and efficient registration
Handle all inquiries (in-person & phone) with clarity, professionalism, and empathy
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate imaging appointments to optimize workflow
Actively manage patient flow, queues, and urgent cases in a busy setting
Support billing processes, maintain accurate records, and uphold patient confidentiality

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma in Customer Service, Business, Health Records, or related field
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a hospital or high-volume front office
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with healthcare software systems is an added advantage
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure
