We are hiring an experienced Engineering & Maintenance Manager for a leading plastics manufacturing company based in Nairobi, Kenya. This opportunity is open to Indian professionals with strong experience in plastics processing and plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead maintenance and engineering operations for injection & blow moulding machinery
Manage CAPEX projects, equipment installation & commissioning
Drive preventive & predictive maintenance strategies
Optimize plant efficiency, reduce downtime & improve productivity
Handle utilities (chillers, compressors, electrical systems, etc.)
Key Requirements:
15+ years of experience in plastics manufacturing
Strong expertise in Injection / Blow Moulding
Experience with European machinery (Engel, Husky, Netstal, etc.)
Knowledge of PLC, automation, and utilities systems
Background in ISO / HACCP / Lean Manufacturing preferred
