We are seeking to hire a hands-on, proactive, and reliable individual to support the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP). The ideal candidate will ensure that wastewater treatment processes run efficiently, environmental and safety standards are consistently met, and any system issues are identified and addressed promptly and effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering/Water Engineering.
Minimum of two years experience in ETP Operations in the paper industry.
Sound knowledge of wastewater treatment processes.
Ability to identify faults and troubleshoot ETP equipment and process issues.
Good communication skills for coordinating with production and maintenance teams.
Ability to work independently and during shifts, including responding to emergencies.
Ability to monitor and control ETP parameters such as pH, COD, BOD, and flow rates.
