Overseeing full financial operations (reporting, audits, compliance)
Managing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning
Driving cost optimization and profitability
Supporting leadership in strategic decision-making
Managing cash flow, payments, and financial controls
Ensuring tax compliance and regulatory alignment
Leading financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
Strengthening systems, policies, and internal controls

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
CPA / ACCA (mandatory)
Master’s degree (preferred)
8+ years in a senior finance role (FMCG / Manufacturing / Retail)
Strong experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis
Hands-on with ERP / accounting systems
