The successful candidate will manage front office operations, deliver exceptional guest service, and provide day-to-day administrative support while maintaining a welcoming and efficient reception environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and visitors professionally.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
Coordinate visitor access and provide administrative support.
Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 2 year experience in a receptionist/front office role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Good organizational and document management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
