Technical Skills
Solid knowledge of Windows environments
Familiarity with ticketing systems
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
Experience with Active Directory, user account management, and group policies
Hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic cybersecurity awareness (antivirus, firewalls, phishing prevention)
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
