All applicants must possess:
An Earned PhD in Fisheries and Aquaculture from a recognized institution and
An Earned Masters in Fisheries and Aquaculture science from a recognized institution
A Bachelor’s Degree in Fisheries and Aquaculture science or a biological science related course from a recognized institution
A KCSE/EACE/KCE academic certificate
Those that have at least three (3) years teaching and research experience at the university level will have an added advantage
