Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships, and achieving sales excellence. 

Key responsibilities: 

Developing and maintaining relationships with individual and corporate clients.
Identifying client needs and recommending suitable insurance solutions. 
Staying updated on industry trends to provide expert advice. 
Meeting and exceeding sales targets through innovative strategies.
Educating clients about Lifecare’s diverse insurance products. 
Collaborating with Insurers and the internal team to deliver exceptional service. 

Qualifications: 

Proven experience in relationship management or sales within the insurance brokerage/ insurance sector. (At least 2 years)
Strong background in Health insurance, International Personal Medical Insurance. 
Certification/s from COP, or similar. 
Excellent communication skills in English, and at least one additional international language is an added advantage. 
Good understanding of general and life insurance products. 
Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. 
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field. 
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. 
A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
