Key Responsibilities:
Provide overall medical leadership and oversight of clinical departments.
Lead quality assurance, clinical governance, clinical audits and continuous improvement programs.
Oversee daily clinical operations, including staff scheduling, resource allocation, and equipment utilization.
Ensure regulatory compliance and support hospital accreditation requirements.
Manage clinical costs and support identification of service expansion opportunities.
Lead mentorship, supervision, and development of medical staff.
Develop and implement clinical protocols, guidelines, SOPs and performance metrics.
Oversee clinical documentation standards and ensure accurate, timely medical records management
Support hospital strategic planning and clinical service development.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB)
Valid KMPDC registration and practicing license
Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Training in healthcare management, Public Health or MBA is an added advantage
