We are looking to recruit highly ambitious, self-driven, motivated and talented Non-Motor Unit Managers The individuals will recruit and effectively manage a unit of sales agents to offer non-motor insurance products.
Qualifications:
Business related Diploma or Degree
At least two years experience in general insurance sales
Must have completed Certificate of Proficiency (C.O.P)
Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit and mentor a high caliber of intermediaries to acquire non-motor insurance business
Motivate, supervise, and assist the team of intermediaries in promoting the growth & development of non-motor insurance business
Identify markets and introduce the company’s non-motor products to existing & new clients
