About the job
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and timely transit clearance services
Supervise Kampala office activities and handle client inquiries
Support business growth by acquiring new clients and promoting company services
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely payments
Monitor performance and implement operational improvements
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and resolve issues
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency
Prepare operational reports and performance insights
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
3–5 years’ experience in operations (clearing & forwarding is an added advantage)
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
