Key Responsibilities
Pricing & Governance Enablement
Automate pricing compliance dashboards and daily pricing validations across loans, deposits, and fees.
Automate revenue assurance controls for loans, deposits, and fees to identify leakage and margin erosion.
Automate inputs for governance and management reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Develop and maintain product profitability dashboards and portfolio analytics.
Establish and maintain audit-ready documentation, controls, and validation logs.
Develop dashboards to support governance committee meetings, including:
Preferentially priced customer monitoring
Product profitability and scheme loan tracking
Fees and excise duty collection and reconciliation
Maintain quarterly competitor pricing benchmarks to inform pricing strategy
Develop pricing audit trails and data governance controls
Solutioning, Innovation & Digital Enablement
Developing a digital product knowledge hub for frontline teams
Designing and developing digital lending journeys for key ecosystem customers
Automating customer-initiated digital loan origination and client journeys
Supporting conceptualization, design, development and roll-out of strategic solutions
