Key Responsibilities

Assess vehicle damage and determine repair requirements
Carry out panel beating, dent removal, and alignment of damaged vehicle bodies
Repair or replace damaged panels, remove and refit vehicle parts/components using appropriate tools and techniques
Collaborate with spray painters and other technicians to ensure seamless workflow
Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and company quality standards

Requirements

Diploma / Grade III Certificate in Automotive Engineering, Panel Beating, or its equivalent
At least 5 years’ experience in a busy body shop or automotive workshop
Strong knowledge of panel beating and vehicle body repair techniques
High-quality workmanship with attention to detail
Good teamwork, problem-solving and communication skills
