The Technical Systems Analyst Intern will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. This role focuses on the creation and maintenance of system-generated documentation, reporting templates, and technical manuals, while ensuring system integrity through migration support, QA, and client demonstrations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain system report templates using tools such as JasperServer.
Author and maintain comprehensive system manuals and documentation.
Produce high-quality Project documentation such as System Design Documents (SDD), business process maps, business-facing technical guides among other such documentation.
Assist in data and system migration tasks, ensuring data mapping and logic consistency.
Participate in client walkthroughs and “train-the-trainer”” sessions to showcase system functionality to non-technical users.
