This is a full-time on-site role for Trainers/Lecturers at JFC Munene College of Health Sciences, located in Thika. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering lectures, designing engaging learning materials, evaluating student performance, and facilitating hands-on training sessions. Trainers/Lecturers will also mentor and guide students to excel in their respective fields, collaborate with colleagues to improve curricula, and maintain up-to-date knowledge on developments in their subject area.
Qualifications
Proficiency in subject-specific knowledge related to health sciences, social sciences, applied sciences, or human nutrition
Excellent communication, teaching, and public speaking skills
Experience in curriculum development and educational planning
Strong research, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Commitment to fostering a diverse, supportive, and collaborative learning environment
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; advanced degrees or professional certifications are an advantage
Previous teaching or training experience in higher education is preferred
Passion for educating and empowering future healthcare professionals
