Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, clear-speaking, and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our team! As the voice of our brand, you will help our guests place their orders accurately and ensure they receive excellent service from the moment they call.

🎧 What You’ll Do
Take Orders:
Handle inbound guest calls efficiently, accurately capturing food orders and special dietary requests in our POS system.
Upsell & Recommend:
Suggest sides, drinks, and current promotional deals to enhance the guest experience.
Resolve Queries:
Answer customer questions regarding menu items, pricing, delivery zones, and order tracking with patience and professionalism.
Coordinate:
Communicate smoothly with our branch kitchen teams to ensure special instructions are noted.
What We Look For
Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone voice.
Basic computer literacy and the ability to type accurately while speaking with guests.
Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality is a plus.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evening peak hours.
