Role Purpose
Omnichannel International is seeking highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient Tele-collections Agents to join our team. The role requires individuals with proven tele collections experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to achieve collection targets while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers via phone to follow up on outstanding payments.
Negotiate payment arrangements and commitments with customers.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and collection activities.
Resolve customer queries related to outstanding accounts professionally and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Escalate complex cases where necessary and provide timely feedback to management
Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Customer Service, or a related field
At least 1–2 years’ experience in telecollections/debt collections within a call centre (mandatory)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding collection and recovery targets
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle difficult customer conversations professionally
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills
Good understanding of debt collection processes, payment arrangements, and customer account management
Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM, collections management, or call centre systems
Ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of customer interactions
Ability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays where required
