Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Governance: Lead debt recovery strategies and framework implementation.
Collections Operations: Oversee end-to-end collection workflows.
Recovery & Legal: Manage portfolio recoveries and legal proceedings.
Compliance & Customer Treatment: Maintain regulatory adherence and fair customer engagement.
Analytics & People: Leverage analytics to optimize team performance and portfolio quality.
Qualifications Required:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Law, or related field Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Professional: CPA K, ACCA, CCP, or Credit-Management Certification.
Experience: 10+ years in banking/microfinance operations, with at least 5 years at a senior management level.
