Must Have Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
Experience working in a Microfinance Institutio is mandatory.
Proven experience managing Checkoff loan. products, driving sales, business development and leading high-performing sales teams.
Strong understanding of product development, market expansion and portfolio growth.
