Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications::
Pursuant to Section 35A 1c & d of the Capital Markets Act Cap. 485A, an applicant to be appointed as Member, Capital Markets Tribunal must possess the following qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in commerce Accounting/Finance option, Business Administration Accounting/Finance option, Economics, or any other recognized equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
Have at least seven 7 years of relevant experience.
Has demonstrated competence in the field of security.
Qualification and experience in alternative dispute resolution will be an added advantage;
Have a high moral character, integrity, and impartiality meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution on Leadership and Integrity.
