Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications::
Pursuant to Section 75 2 b of the Public Private Partnership Act 2021, applicants to this position must possess the following qualifications.
Hold a bachelor’s degree from a university recognized in Kenya in any of the following disciplines: Finance, Economics, Engineering and Project Management.
Have at least ten 10 years of experience in matters relating to the discipline referred to under item i above
Qualification and experience in alternative dispute resolution will be an added advantage.
Knowledge and experience in Public Private Partnership transactions.
Be of high moral character, integrity and impartiality.
Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution on leadership and integrity.
