Job DescriptionAs part of the Accounting Team, you will be lead the Accounting Department and Team and your main responsibilities will be as below:Make all necessary entries and recording in ExcelPrepare, examine and analyse accounting records, financial entries, documents and reports to assess accuracy and correct errors and inconsistenciesPrepare bank reconciliation for client accounts on a daily basisPrepare monthly management accountsVerify daily bank transactionsPrepare VAT, TDS, PAYE, NPF, APS, and CTX returns and monitor accuracy of informationMaintain the Company’s asset register and depreciation schedule.Prepare payment vouchers, bank transfer instructions, cash and cheque payments,Prepare and send invoices and receipts of paymentManage petty cashClosely monitor accruals and prepaymentsManage and follow up on debtors Work with external auditorsAny other cognate duties Profile:Between 2 to 3 years of experience as an in-house Accountant/Accounting Officer;ACA/ACCA Qualification;Strong academic results (including SC/HSC);Very strong bookkeeping and Excel skills;Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken;High attention to detail;Outgoing personality and team player.
