COOK – Pastry Victoria Beachcomber

We are looking for a pastry cook with a minimum of 2 years experience in the field
 
Main responsibilities:Assist the Chef in charge and the team to indulge in the preparation and baking of various types of cakes and pastriesAbility to work independently, following guidelines received from the Chef to produce quality outputs  based on recipes and product specifications.Ensure hygiene standards are always metMaintaining cleanliness of your work space at all time; daily ‘’Clean As you go’’ practice to be strictly adhered to.Strict adherence to Health and Safety regulations.Collaborative approach to achieve departmental goals and meet deadlines.Profile & Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years’ or more experience in pastry, preferably in a catering or hospitality environment.Strong knowledge of Pastry techniques and food safety standards,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays, as operational needs may require
