The role involves coordinating technicians, supervising ELV installations (LAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, Access Control, IPTV, Structured Cabling, GPON/XGSPON), and acting as the main point of contact on-site.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily site activities and ensure work aligns with project plans.Supervise installation of cabling, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and other ELV systems.Coordinate with project stakeholders such as Consultants, Project Managers, Main Contractors and the likes.Conduct site inspections, progress reporting, and snag management.Support engineers with testing, commissioning, and documentation.Liaise with subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain smooth execution.RequirementsExperience in ELV/ICT/cabling projects preferred.Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to read and interpret ELV/network drawings and lead field teams.Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or related field.
