What You’ll DoWe’re looking for a motivated and personable Sales Representative to grow our customer base and strengthen existing client relationships. You’ll be on the front lines—pitching, following up, and ensuring clients get exactly what they need, when they need it. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client ManagementDrive B2B sales across hospitality, education, healthcare, and retail pharmacy sectorsPresent and explain our full product ranges: towels, bedsheets, bathrobes, uniforms, table linen, and para-pharmaceutical goodsIdentify and onboard new clients: pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, hotels, schools, and moreAssist and look after walk-in clients at the showroomUnderstand customer needs and suggest alternatives when items are unavailableConduct cold calls, follow-ups, and in-person visitsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., housekeeping managers, procurement officers, pharmacists)Meet and exceed monthly sales targetsShare market insights to improve product offeringsSales Operations & LogisticsPrepare invoices and delivery notesManage and prepare samples for clientsPerform regular stock takesAssist and manage production of ready-made goodsAssist with preparation production sheets and plansOversee quality control, count goods, and assist with packing for dispatchEnsure all processes follow internal proceduresPrepare orders and coordinate dispatch with the warehouse teamPerform any other duties assigned by your manager or supervisor What You BringProven experience in sales—ideally in textiles, FMCG, healthcare, or B2B sectorsExcellent communication skills in both English and FrenchProactive and go-getter attitudeComfortable interacting with a wide range of clients and decision-makersStrong follow-up, negotiation, and problem-solving abilitiesBonus: CRM experience and fluency in other local languages CompensationBase Salary: Rs 25,000/month (gross) + performance bonus + commission on salesCommission: On invoiced sales to new clients only, including repeat purchases:On-the-job training and continuous supportReal opportunities for career growthFriendly, team-oriented work cultureTravel expense reimbursement
