To receive, store and distribute materials.
Reporting to the Planning & Logistics Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly required toKey ResponsibilitiesReceive stock and issue materials and toolsTag, sort and locate miscellaneous inventory and assist in moving, cleaning and re-tagging as necessary Process invoices, claim vouchers, and issue purchase ordersMaintain records, verify data accuracy and query discrepanciesProduce report on stock movement and keep log of all materials and equipment issuedConduct regular store inventories as per set scheduleQualifications & ExperienceHSCMinimum 3 years of experience in similar position preferably acquired in a contracting environmentOther RequisitesComputer literate and fully conversant with MS Office applicationsProactive, disciplined, and willing to take challengesCapable of working within tight deadlines & being result oriented
