The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, publishing, and managing content across the Company’s social media channels, ensuring that all communications align with the Company’s brand identity and regulatory obligations.
 
 Role OverviewWe are seeking a Social Media & Content Executive to manage the Company’s social media presence and produce engaging, compliant marketing content for a regulated CFD brokerage.The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, publishing, and managing content across the Company’s social media channels, ensuring that all communications align with the Company’s brand identity and regulatory obligations.This role requires strong creative ability, excellent written communication skills, and an understanding of digital marketing strategies within the financial services sector.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media ManagementManage the Company’s social media accounts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and other relevant channels.Plan and execute a structured social media content calendar.Publish content on a regular basis to maintain consistent brand presence.Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages where appropriate.Content CreationDevelop high-quality content including:social media postseducational trading contentmarket updatespromotional graphicsshort-form videos or reelsCollaborate with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns and announcements.Ensure all content aligns with the Company’s brand guidelines.Compliance AwarenessEnsure that all marketing communications comply with the requirements applicable to regulated financial services businesses.Avoid misleading or promotional statements that could imply guaranteed profits or investment advice.Work with the compliance team where required to review marketing materials.Digital Marketing SupportAssist with broader marketing initiatives including:online campaignsbrand awareness initiativesproduct launchesclient engagement strategies.Performance MonitoringTrack and analyse social media performance metrics including:engagement ratesaudience growthcampaign effectiveness.Prepare periodic performance reports for management.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (minimum requirement).Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.Experience creating engaging written and visual content.Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or similar design software).Strong written English and communication skills.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of financial markets or online trading.Experience working in fintech, financial services, or brokerage environments.Basic understanding of CFDs, forex, or trading platforms.Video editing or short-form content creation skills.Key CompetenciesCreativity and content storytellingStrong attention to detailUnderstanding of brand voice and toneAbility to manage multiple social media platformsOrganisation and planning skillsResponsibilities for Company Social Media AccountsThe successful candidate will be responsible for:creating original contentposting content directly on the Company’s social media accountsmanaging and maintaining those accountsensuring consistent brand representation across all platforms.Example Content They Will Produceeducational posts explaining trading conceptsmarket news updatesproduct announcementsplatform tutorialsbrand awareness contentclient engagement postsAdditional NotesDue to the regulated nature of the Company’s business, all marketing content must be accurate, balanced, and compliant with financial services regulations.
