Appadoo Travel Tours, a trusted travel agency with over 30 years of experience, is looking for a Travel Consultant to join our dynamic and passionate team. We specialise in family holidays, group travel and cruises, delivering personalised and memorable travel experiences to our loyal clients.
 
As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting, selling, and coordinating group tours, cultural holidays, cruises, and escorted departures. You will play a key role in delivering memorable travel experiences, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the continued growth of Appadoo Travel Tours’ loyal clientele.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell group tours, escorted departures, holiday packages, cruises, and air ticketsAchieve sales targets for group travel products and tour packagesOrganise and confirm all land arrangements including hotels, coaches, tours, transfers, insurance, visas, and related travel servicesPerform air bookings and ensure all group services are accurately confirmedPrepare and issue itineraries, vouchers, group travel documents, and rooming lists in line with company proceduresHandle client enquiries professionally, providing accurate and timely travel adviceConduct post-tour follow-ups and maintain proper client and group recordsEnsure timely follow-up and collection of payments, deposits, and credit approvalsCandidate ProfileHSC or equivalent qualification (Diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred)Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-oriented roleKnowledge and experience in group travel, tours, and holiday packages is an advantageKnowledge of Amadeus/Galileo is an advantageProficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital platformsExcellent knowledge of international destinations, tour operations, and travel trendsStrong communication, negotiation, and sales skillsHighly organised, customer-focused, proactive, and a team playerAbility to handle multiple group departures and work under deadlines
