RESPONSIBILITIESThe successful candidate will be assigned the following responsibilities:Welcoming of Guest in Restaurant and BarTaking Reservation for RestaurantCoordinate functions and activities with other departments and sectionsFollow up all administrative tasks and report progressInteracts with clients as appropriate especially during serviceSeek for Feed BackHandling Guest complaintsPreparing menu cards and Wine cardsTaking Guest orderspreparing promotional pamphlets for upsellingother cognate dutiesQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEMinimum HSCExperience in customer careComputer literate especially well acquainted with Microsoft OfficeREQUIRED SKILLSGood organisational & communication skillsGood written and spoken skills in English & FrenchA third language will be an advantageDynamic & pro-activeAbility to work odd hours and under pressureAbility to evolve in a team environmentPreference will be given to candidates living in the Eastern region
